Dr. Christine Gudas
Dr. Christine Gudas grew up on a small farm and graduated high school from Winamac, Indiana. She then attended Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN for four years receiving her bachelors of science. After her undergraduate studies, Dr. Gudas completed her degree of dental surgery at Indiana University School of Dentistry in May 2007. Dr Gudas has owned and practiced in cedar Lake since 2009. She enjoys the small town feel of this great community and is excited about the upcoming development and growth of the area. In her spare time, Dr. Gudas loves spending time traveling with her family. She and her husband, Dr. David Reed have one child, Maddox. Dr Gudas also enjoys raising and showing horses.
Brenda
Office Manager
Brenda is our Office Manager here at Detailed Dental. She loves to greet our patients with a smile & will help them reach their dental goals in any way she can. Brenda went to college at Illinois State University where she studied Special Education & played Softball for the college. After raising three sons Brenda decided to get into the dental field in 2005. Her Hobbies consist of sports, traveling & most importantly, spending time with her family & good friends!
Kim
Front office
Kim has been in the dental field since 2007. During that time, she gained experience as an assistant and front office. She is the mother of 4 boys (one being her dog, Tucker). She enjoys football, shopping, and spending time with family.
Sonia
Hygienist
Sonia is a bilingual, fun, and knowledgeable hygienist at Detailed Dental. She graduated from IUN in 2003, and in 2022 she furthered her education and obtained her anesthetic license and nitrous oxide certifications. Sonia enjoys making patients feel at ease with humor and patience. When she isn't cleaning teeth, she enjoys riding horses and time with her daughter.
Amy
Hygienist
Amy graduated from Indiana University Northwest in 2003 with her associates in Dental Hygiene. Amy's passion in dentistry is meeting patients right where they are in their dental health journey and educating them how to maintain the healthy smile they desire. Amy lives in Northwest Indiana with her husband of 21 years, 3 kids, 3 dogs, and 2 cats. Her family loves the outdoors, camping, and traveling to state parks in their motorhome whenever they get the chance. When time allows, Amy loves curling up with a good book.
Payten
Dental Assistant
Payten has been part of the Detailed Dental family since May of 2020. Her kind and attentive personality help put patients at ease. When not working, Payten enjoys skiing, spending time with her family, and spoiling her cat, Pluto.
Jada
Dental Assistant
Jada joined our dental team in 2022 and has become a key player in the front and back office. She is very versatile and loves to interact with our patients. When she is out of the office, she loves to attend concerts and travel.
Alyssa
Dental Assistant
Alyssa joined the dental field after graduating from the dental assisting program at IUN in 2016. She is certified in Expanded Functions and has been with Dr. Gudas since 2019. She enjoys getting to know patients and providing a personal touch for each patient encounter. Alyssa appreciates the team approach to providing the highest level of care possible. Alyssa values her time with her husband and two boys.
